Hello again 5 Star customers.

Sorry this is late but my computer has been at the docs.

Not a great deal to report this week apart from the fact that we are just not busy enough. Everybody, NOW, go straight to your fridge or freezer and check out how much beef or lamb you have in store, then get back on line and put your orders in. It can be delivered to your doorstep promptly, so you’ll never be in a quandary as to what to have for tea.

Sal Watts’ recipe from last week got the mouths watering and this week we have a beauty for the lovers of the old Ding Sausage. Check out the recipe for Cacciatore, of which we have plenty in stock.

Just a bit of trivia about the good old Cacciatore Sausages

It is quite common that the cacciatore sausages are served sliced as an antipasto to accompany other smallgoods. However it is becoming more popular to slice and heat.

Cacciatore sausages sliced and quickly cooked on both sides releases the tantalizing juices and wonderful aroma from the spices then finish off with a squeeze of lemon juice to give it a slight tang or cook in the microwave with a small cube of feta cheese on top. Served immediately, it is a lovely accompaniment to a nice cold beer - yum

Our testimonial this week comes from another of Busselton’s best known men. Big Mal Kingsley, Busselton’s premier Key Cutter and Shoe Repairer used to be known as “The Skinny, Flat Headed, Key Cutting Bastard” and had difficulty lifting shoes which were over a size 7. That was until he discovered 5 Star Mobile Meats.

“Take a look at me now. Thanks to Wayne and Jules and 5 Star Mobile Meats I’ve been the reigning “Mr Busselton” for the last 3 years, and I’m odds on to win again this year. Not only is the meat tasty, tender and nutritious, it’s also competitively priced, and they’ll deliver to your doorstep. I used to be on the receiving end of many hurtful taunts, but now I can safely go to the beach in my Speedos and kick sand in other guys’ faces. I’d recommend 5 Star Mobile Meats to everyone. The meat is tender, but it makes you tough”  Big Mal Kingsley.

Thanks for those fantastic words Mal. Don’t forget to come and see us this Sunday 29th May at the Yoganup Markets and try one of our Wagyu burgers for breakfast or morning tea!

Most Aussies have been to Bali and would have experienced difficulty understanding the lingo. This week’s humour features a conversation between Room Service and Hotel Guest. By the time you finish reading you will know what “Tanjooberrymutts” means. Have a great week.
