Corned Silverside to Die For.
Ingredients. I lump of Corned Silverside A couple of Bay leaves. A dollop of Sweet Chilli sauce A slurp of Balsamic Vinegar Mashed Spuds Broccoli for colour [and nutrition I s’pose] 1 packet of Masterfoods Bearnaise Finishing Sauce.
Method.
Place the Corned Silverside in a large saucepan and cover with water. Add chilli sauce, Balsamic Vinegar and Bay Leaves.
Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer for approx 4 hours.
Mash the spuds, and steam the broccoli.
Place a dollop of Mash on the plate, top with slices of Corned Beef, and drizzle Bearnaise sauce on the top.
Very simple, and absolutely delicious. Enjoy.
